# The Distress for Rates (Amendment) Order 1989, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends (and in certain cases increases) the charges recoverable under the Distress for Rates Order 1979 in the levying of distress for rates under the General Rate Act 1967.
