  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1999/2360 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nDISTRESS\nMade 10th September 1999\nComing into force in accordance with rule 1\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 8 of the Law of Distress Amendment Act 1888, and section 3 of the Law of Distress Amendment Act 1895, makes the following Rules:",
