  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules correct two errors in Appendix 3 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1998, which was inserted by Schedule 2 to the Distress for Rent (Amendment) Rules 1999:\n(a) the issuing county court for Brighton County Court should be Brighton, not Lewes;\n(b) the references to “Berwick & Morpeth” should read “Morpeth & Berwick”.",
