# The Distress for Rent (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2000, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules are consequential on the closure, by virtue of the Civil Courts (Amendment No. 2) Order 2000, of the county court at Caerphilly and remove references to it from the list of county courts in Appendix 3 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1988.
