  "text": "In Appendix 1 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1988, for paragraph 1 substitute—\n“1 For levying distress—\n(i) on any debt up to and including £100 a fixed fee of\n£21.65\n(ii) on any debt which exceeds £100 a scale fee calculated as follows:\non the first £100 of that debt\n£21.65\non the next £100\n12½%\non the next £400\n4%\non the next £1,500\n2½%\non the next £8,000\n1%\nand on any additional sum\n¼%.\n”.",
