# The Distress for Rent (Amendment) (No. 3) Rules 1999, Article 1: Citation and commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Distress for Rent (Amendment) (No. 3) Rules 1999 and shall come into force:
(a) as to rule 2(b), on 31st January 2000; and
(b) as to the remainder of these Rules, on 20th December 1999.
