  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules are consequential on the closure, by virtue of the Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1999, of the county courts at Bridgwater, Grays Thurrock and Great Yarmouth, and removes references to them from the list of county courts in Appendix 3 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1988.",
