  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Distress for Rent (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into force:\n(a) as to rule 2(b), on 2nd January 2001; and\n(b) as to the remainder of these Rules, on 3rd July 2000.\n(2) In these Rules “the principal rules” means the Distress for Rent Rules 1988.",
