  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThe main provisions of these Rules are consequential on the closure, by virtue of the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 2000, of the county courts at Lichfield and Workington, and removes references to them from the list of county courts in Appendix 3 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1988.\nThese Rules also contain an amendment to Form 3 (Application for Certificate to Levy Distress) in Appendix 2 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1988.",
