  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Rules are consequential on the closure, by virtue of the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 2001, of the county courts at Chepstow and Monmouth and remove references to it from the list of county courts in Appendix 3 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1988.",
