  "text": "Appendix 1 to the Distress for Rent Rules 1988 shall be amended as follows—\n(a) in paragraph 1, for “£12.50” substitute “£21.65”;\n(b) in paragraph 3—\n(i) for “man” wherever it occurs, substitute “person”;\n(ii) for “£4.50” substitute “£7.80”; and\n(iii) for “45p” substitute “80p”;\n(c) in paragraphs 2, 4, 5 and 7 for “taxation”, substitute “detailed assessment”.",
