Article 13 List of Certificates

Changes not yet applied. Later legislation changes this provision in ways not yet written into the text below:

(1)

Each court shall compile a list of bailiffs holding general certificates as at 1st February every year and the list shall be exhibited in the public area of the court office.

(2)

When a certificate is cancelled the list shall be amended to include that fact.
