  "heading": "Collectors vested with Powers of 13 C. II. st. 2. c. 3.",
  "text": "And be it further enacted That the Collectors herein appointed for the better levying & receiving the several Rates and Taxes that are or shall be imposed according to this Act are hereby impowered to make use of all such Powers and Authorities as are given to any Collector or Sub Collector by the late Act intituled (An Act for granting unto the Kings Majestie Twelve hundred and threescore thousand pounds to bee assessed and leavied by an Assessment of Threescore and ten thousand pounds by the moneth for eighteen monthes)",
