  "text": "And be it enacted That all the moneys so to be-raised out of Offices or Officers shall be alsoe distributed by the said Commissioners unto such truly loyal and indigent Officers as are before declared in such sort and by such wayes and meanes as the said Threescore thousand pounds is before directed by this Act to be distributed",
