  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Lancing shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into four parish wards which shall bear the names Churchill, Manor, Mash Barn and Widewater; the parish wards of Churchill, Mash Barn and Widewater shall comprise the area of the district ward bearing the same name, and the parish ward of Manor shall consist of the rest of the parish.\n(3) The number of parish councillors to be elected for each parish ward shall be four.",
