# The District of Babergh (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2002, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
In order to give full effect to recommendations by the Local Government Commission for England for electoral changes in the District of Babergh, this Order corrects errors in the Schedule to the District of Babergh (Electoral Changes) Order 2001.
