  "text": "The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Drayton North and Drayton South; each parish ward shall comprise the area of the district ward bearing the same name, and the number of councillors to be elected for the parish ward of Drayton North shall be six, and for the parish ward of Drayton South shall be seven.",
