Article 9 Wards of the parish of Thorpe St Andrew

The existing wards of the parish of Thorpe St Andrew shall be abolished.

The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Thorpe St Andrew North West, and Thorpe St Andrew South East; and each parish ward shall comprise the area of the district ward bearing the same name; and the number of councillors to be elected for each parish ward shall be eight.
