  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Falmouth shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into four parish wards which shall bear the names Arwenack, Boslowick, Penwerris and Trescobeas; and each parish ward shall comprise the area of the district ward bearing the same name.\n(3) The number of parish councillors to be elected for the parish ward of Trescobeas shall be three, for each of the parish wards of Boslowick and Penwerris shall be four, and for the parish ward of Arwenack shall be five.",
