  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Chesham shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into nine parish wards which shall bear the names Asheridge Vale, Hilltop, Lowndes, Newtown, Ridgeway, St Mary's, Townsend, Vale and Waterside; and the wards shall comprise the areas designated on sheet 4 by reference to the name of the ward and demarcated by orange lines.\n(3) The number of councillors to be elected for each of the Townsend and Waterside parish wards shall be three, for the Asheridge Vale, Hilltop, Lowndes, Newtown, Ridgeway and Vale parish wards shall be two and for the St Mary’s parish ward shall be one.",
