Article 5 Wards of the parish of Honiton
(1)
The existing wards of the parish of Honiton shall be abolished.
(2)
The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Honiton St Michael’s and Honiton St Paul's.
(3)
The Honiton St Michael’s parish ward shall comprise so much of the district ward of Honiton St Michael’s as comprises the parish of Honiton and the Honiton St Paul’s parish ward shall comprise the area of the Honiton St Paul’s district ward.
(4)
The number of parish councillors to be elected for each parish ward shall be nine.
