  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Wisbech shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into seven parish wards which shall bear the names Clarkson, Hill, Kirkgate, Medworth, Peckover, Staithe and Waterlees; each parish ward shall comprise the area of the district ward bearing the same name.\n(3) The number of councillors to be elected for each of the Clarkson, Kirkgate, Medworth, Peckover and Staithe parish wards shall be two and for each of the Hill and Waterlees parish wards shall be four.",
