  "text": "(1) The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Henfield and Small Dole; the parish ward of Henfield shall comprise the area of the district ward bearing the same name, and the parish ward of Small Dole shall comprise the rest of the parish.\n(2) The number of parish councillors to be elected for the parish ward of Henfield shall be thirteen, and for the parish ward of Small Dole shall be two.",
