  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Newhaven shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Newhaven Denton and Meeching, and Newhaven Valley; and each parish ward shall comprise the area of the district ward bearing the same name.\n(3) The number of councillors to be elected for the Newhaven Denton and Meeching parish ward shall be eleven and for the Newhaven Valley parish ward shall be seven.",
