Article 3 Wards of the parish of Burntwood

The existing wards of the parish of Burntwood shall be abolished.

The parish shall be divided into seven parish wards which shall bear the names All Saints, Boney Hay, Burntwood Central, Chasetown, Chase Terrace, Highfield and Summerfield; the parish wards of All Saints, Boney Hay, Burntwood Central, Chase Terrace, Highfield and Summerfield shall comprise the area of the district wards of the same name, and the Chasetown parish ward shall consist of the rest of the parish.

The number of councillors to be elected for each of All Saints, Boney Hay, Burntwood Central, Chasetown, Highfield and Summerfield parish wards shall be three, and for the Chase Terrace parish ward shall be four.
