Article 8 Wards of the parish of Heybridge

The existing wards of the parish of Heybridge shall be abolished.

The parish shall be divided into three parish wards which shall bear the names Basin, East and West; and the wards shall comprise the areas designated on sheet seven by reference to the name of the ward and demarcated by orange lines.

The number of councillors to be elected for the Basin parish ward shall be one, for the East parish ward shall be five, and for the West parish ward shall be six.
