# The District of Mid Devon (Electoral Changes) Order 1999, Article 3: Parish of Bradninch


(1) The parish of Bradninch shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Bradninch Rural and Bradninch Town.
(2) The Bradninch Rural parish ward shall comprise so much of the district ward of Cullompton Outer as comprises the parish of Bradninch and the Bradninch Town parish ward shall comprise the area of the Bradninch district ward.
(3) The number of councillors to be elected for the Bradninch Rural parish ward shall be two and the number of councillors to be elected for the Bradninch Town parish ward shall be ten.
