Article 5 Wards of the parish of Cullompton

(1)

The existing wards of the parish of Cullompton shall be abolished.

(2)

The parish shall be divided into three parish wards which shall bear the names Cullompton North, Cullompton Outer and Cullompton South.

(3)

The Cullompton North and Cullompton South parish wards shall comprise the area of the wards of the district bearing the same name and the Cullompton Outer parish ward shall consist of the rest of the parish.

(4)

The number of councillors to be elected for the Cullompton North parish ward shall be six; the number of councillors to be elected for the Cullompton Outer parish ward shall be two and the number of councillors to be elected for the Cullompton South parish ward shall be seven.
