# The District of Ryedale (Electoral Changes) Order 2000, Article 5: Wards of the parish of Norton-on-Derwent


The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Norton East and Norton West; each parish ward shall comprise the area of the district ward bearing the same name; and the number of councillors to be elected for each parish ward shall be six.
