  "text": "(1) The parish of Pickering shall be divided into three parish wards which shall bear the names Pickering East, Pickering West and Stape; the parish wards of Pickering East and Pickering West shall be coterminous with the district wards of the same name, and the parish ward of Stape shall consist of the rest of the parish.\n(2) The number of councillors to be elected for each of the Pickering East and Pickering West parish wards shall be six, and for the Stape parish ward shall be one.",
