  "text": "(1) The parish of Welburn (York) shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Crambeck and Welburn; and the wards shall comprise the areas designated on sheet 12 by reference to the name of the ward and demarcated by orange lines.\n(2) The number of councillors to be elected for the Crambeck parish ward shall be one, and for the Welburn parish ward shall be five.",
