Article 4 Wards of the parish of Frinton and Walton

The existing wards of the parish of Frinton and Walton shall be abolished.

The parish shall be divided into seven parish wards which shall bear the names Frinton, Great Holland, Hamford, Homelands, Kirby Cross, Kirby-le-Soken and Walton; and the wards shall comprise the areas designated on sheet 4 by reference to the name of the ward and demarcated by orange lines.

The number of councillors to be elected for each of the parish wards of Frinton and Walton shall be four, for each of the parish wards of Hamford, Homelands and Kirby Cross shall be two and for each of the parish wards of Great Holland and Kirby-le-Soken shall be one.
