  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Hazlemere shall be abolished.\n(2) The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names North and South; the parish ward of North shall comprise the area of the district ward of Hazlemere North and the parish ward of South shall comprise the area of the district ward of Hazlemere South.\n(3) The number of councillors to be elected for each of the parish wards shall be six.",
