  "text": "Article 2 shall stand as paragraph (1) of that article and, after it, there shall be inserted the following—\n“(2) The name of every place so specified shall be the name of the district probate registry at that place except that the name of the district probate registry at Cardiff shall be the Probate Registry of Wales.”.",
