# The District Probate Registries (Amendment) Order 2020, Article 2: Amendments to the District Probate Registries Order 1982


(1) The Schedule to the District Probate Registries Order 1982 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2(1), omit “column 1 of”
(3) Omit article 3.
(4) In article 4(1), omit “or of a district probate sub-registry”.
(5) In column 1 of the Schedule—
(a) omit the heading “Column 1”; and
(b) omit “Birmingham”.
(6) Omit column 2 of the Schedule.
