  "text": "This Order restates, without change of substance, the scheme for the establishment of district probate registries as set out in Schedule 2 to the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925 (c.49) as continued by paragraph 6 of Schedule 6 to the Supreme Court Act 1981. It also restates certain provisions relating to the establishment of district probate registries previously contained in the Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1954 (S.I. 1954/796).",
