  "text": "(1) Only one supervisor shall be appointed to supervise a diving operation at any one time.\n(2) No person shall be appointed, or shall act, as a supervisor unless he is competent and, where appropriate, suitably qualified to perform the functions of supervisor in respect of the diving operation which he is appointed to supervise.",
