  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations bring into force on the 6th April 2022 those provisions of the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 (c. 11) which are not already into force. Sections 6(2) to (7), 7 to 9 came into force on Royal Assent.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
