# The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2023, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These regulations may be cited as the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 1st August 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
