Coming into force 6th April 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 10(8) and (10) and 12A(8) of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985 and of all powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
