# The Divorce etc (Pensions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1997, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations–
“the principal Regulations” means the Divorce etc (Pensions) (Scotland) Regulations 1996
and, unless the contrary intention appears, any reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation bearing that number in the principal Regulations.
