The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(8) and (8A) of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

1985 c. 37. Section 10(8) was inserted by the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26), section 167(2)(b), and substituted by the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (c. 30), paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 12; paragraph 8(4) of that Schedule inserted section 10(8A).
