# The Divorce etc. (Pensions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 3rd September 2008
Coming into force 1st October 2008
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(8) and (8A) of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
