# Divorce (Scotland) Act 1976, Paragraph 3


In section 8(1) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1966, at the end of paragraph (c), there shall be added the words “or under section 5 of the Divorce (Scotland) Act 1976”.
