  "text": "In relation to any year beginning on or after 1st April 1988, the Docks and Harbours (Rateable Values) Order 1976 is amended as follows:—\n(a) in article 2(2), in the definition of “the Index”, for the word “index” there is substituted the words “General Index”; and\n(b) in article 4(2)(b), “35.6147” is substituted for “140.5” as the numerator in the formula.",
