Article 1 Citation, commencement and date of effect

This Order may be cited as the Docks and Harbours (Rateable Values) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on the date after the day on which it is made.

(2)

This Order shall have effect as from 1st April 1995f1.
