# The Docks and Harbours (Rateable Values) (Wales) Order 2000, Introduction: Introductory text


RATING AND VALUATION, WALES
Made 31st March 2000
Coming into force 1st April 2000
The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 140(4), 143(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 3(1), (3) and (4) of Schedule 6 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales so far as exercisable in Wales.
