  "text": "All dock premises shall be provided with adequate and suitable—\n(a) rescue and life-saving equipment;\n(b) means to effect escape from danger; and\n(c) fire-fighting equipment,\nwhich shall be spaced at intervals that are reasonable in all the circumstances and be properly maintained.",
