# Dockyard Ports Regulation Act 1865, Section 4: Appointment of Queen’s harbour masters.


The Secretary of State may from time to time appoint for each dockyard port a fit person to superintend the execution of this Act, and otherwise to protect the port, to be called the Queen’s harbour master for the respective port.
