  "long_title": "The Dockyard Services Act 1986 (“the Act”) makes provision in connection with any arrangements that may be made by the Secretary of State for or with a view to the provision by contractors of certain dockyard services. This Order revokes the Dockyard Services (Devonport) (Designation and Appointed Day) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/2243), which designated Devonport Royal Dockyard and the dockyard services provided therein for the purposes of section 1(1) of the Act and appointed a day for the purposes of section 1(1) of the Act.",
